Simply follow these steps and update them regularly to monitor your heart health:Sign up and update your personal and medical information in your profile section.(Not in the Beta version) Earn rewards for every piece of data you upload.Use the Data tab to scan or upload reports conducted within the last 6 months, including Lipid profiles, Cardiac profiles, and GLY-C/HbA1c/A1C/Glucose tests.
You can also upload other medical documents that you wish to store in the application.Update your Blood Pressure readings for three consecutive days every week, enabling you to view your predictive heart score on the dashboard.(Not in the Beta version) Let the AI/ML co-pilot guide you through treatment plans, products, and services that can aid you in your journey to better heart health.In our Beta version, you can upload your Lipid profile, Cardiac profile, HbA1C, and other reports.
You can access your personal predictive dashboards, which will include the following key metrics for you and your doctor to monitor:• Heart Score: Calculates your 10-year probability of developing heart disease using predictive algorithms such as Logistic regressions, neural nets, and Bayesian Classifiers.• Blood Pressure: We currently rely on patient-reported blood pressure readings.
We will need a minimum of three consecutive days each week to generate an average weekly score for you.• Cholesterol: Upload your Lipid Profile report, and we will automatically update your personal dashboard and your heart score based on your latest readings.
You will need to update this every six months.• Glucose level: Upload your HbA1C test report, and we will automatically store your health data and update your personal dashboard.
